What would you like to create?

Pick a path to get started — you’ll choose all the details next.

Pre-built and ready to send — just add your client and photos.

Pick the extra services to offer this client - they appear in the proposal under Optional Add-Ons.

Offer ongoing retainers at different cadences — monthly, quarterly, annual, per-visit, or on-call. Turn on Retainer Options under Sections to include these in the proposal. Edit any plan; leave a plan’s name & price blank to drop it.

Add a page where your client reviews the key terms, confirms or corrects the details, and signs electronically. When they sign they get a stamped copy, and you get an email with a tamper-check fingerprint — so the terms are agreed in writing by both parties. Turn on Confirm & E-Sign under Sections.

Tap “Print / Save PDF” on the finished proposal to save or share it. Tip: a desktop or landscape view shows the full multi-column layout.

Generated proposals, pitches, invoices & contracts render in this language. The app stays in English.

Researched US market ranges by photography niche. Guidance, not a guarantee — your market, experience and style all move the number. Pick your niche, see typical rates, then tune and use them.

I’m Scout 🐶 — short, illustrated walkthroughs for every part of FotoPitch. Search a feature or browse below.

Appointments live on this device. Use Add to Google / Apple / Outlook or Export (.ics) to put them on your other calendars. (Live two-way sync arrives with cloud accounts.)

From your unpaid invoices. “Mark paid” logs the income automatically.

Used on your W-9 / 1099 summaries. Stored only in this browser — clear it before sharing this device.

Used by the Tax estimate to suggest how much to set aside. A rough planning aid, not tax advice — confirm with your accountant.

Upload a scan or photo — or just log the details (a scan is optional). Pick a type, or type your own label for anything not listed. Stored privately in this browser; back it up with Settings → Export.

Blank IRS forms — open on irs.gov, fill them, then add the finished copy above.

Generate a branded release or license, fill it in with “Edit text”, then print or save as PDF.

Log anything you buy for the business — a camera or a platter of sandwiches. A receipt photo/scan is optional (you can log details only). For insurance, log gear with its serial number and value.

For your CPA and your insurer. Totals are estimates to help you — not tax or legal advice.

Pick who to email from your saved clients. Only contacts with an email can be reached — that count is shown below.

0 selected · 0 reachable by email

This sends ONE email with everyone on BCC, so it can’t personalize per person — avoid “Hi {first}”. Keep it short for your phone’s Mail app; for big lists use Copy or CSV with an email service.

BCC keeps everyone’s address private. “Open in email” suits small lists; large blasts belong in Mailchimp/Gmail (use the CSV).

Drag, or use the arrows (or arrow keys), to reorder the numbered clauses. The intro and signature pages stay fixed.

These are standard photography-agreement clauses — edit any of them. Tokens like {studio}, {client}, {fee}, {deposit}, {balance}, {delivery}, {state} fill in automatically.

Review and tap “Print / Save PDF” to export, like your proposals.

Build a prospect list of local businesses and decision-makers, then pitch them in one tap. Found contacts are saved to your Customers.

Recommended — always works. Apollo exports a spreadsheet of contacts; drop it in and they become customers.

  1. In Apollo, run a search (e.g. “restaurant owners, Miami”).
  2. Select your results, then Export → CSV.
  3. Drop the file below — columns auto-map.

Upload a customer list (.xlsx, .xls or .csv). Columns are auto-detected — you can fix the mapping before importing. Blank rows and extra columns are ignored.

Snap a photo of a paper card (opens your camera on a phone), then fill in the details and save them as a new prospect.

Opens Apollo’s people search for the company on the card and pre-fills the Live search here. Export a CSV from Apollo and import it to add the whole team.

The photo is saved on the contact. Automatic text-reading (OCR) is on the roadmap — for now, type the details.

Run your whole photography business in one place.

One per line — e.g. “8:00a — Crew call”, “9:00a — Golden hour exteriors”.

Paste a shared Google Doc/Sheet link — the crew edits it live (version history + suggestions + sign-off all built into Google). FotoPitch keeps the roster & the printable call sheet.

Review, then “Print / Save PDF”. The shared-doc link becomes a tappable button on the call sheet.
