Add a page where your client reviews the key terms, confirms or corrects the details, and signs electronically. When they sign they get a stamped copy, and you get an email with a tamper-check fingerprint — so the terms are agreed in writing by both parties. Turn on Confirm & E-Sign under Sections.
Review the proposal, then choose “Save PDF”. If a print dialog opens, choose its PDF option. Use “Save / Share” for other file options.
Choose a color, then Save brand to apply it.

Welcome — let's set up your studio
A minute now and every document you make looks like yours. You can change all of this later in Settings.
Calendar
Your shoots, appointments and follow-ups.
Use with Google, Apple or Outlook
Appointments stay with your workspace. Use Google, Apple or Outlook export links or .ics files to add a copy to another calendar. Changes in those calendars do not sync back.
From your unpaid invoices. “Mark paid” logs the income automatically.
Used on your W-9 / 1099 summaries. Stored only in this browser — clear it before sharing this device.
Used by the Tax estimate to suggest how much to set aside. A rough planning aid, not tax advice — confirm with your accountant.

Add a document
Upload a scan or photo — or just log the details (a scan is optional). Pick a type, or type your own label for anything not listed. Files are included in your account’s cloud sync. You can also download a complete backup in Settings.
Blank IRS forms — open on irs.gov, fill them, then add the finished copy above.
Generate a branded release or license, fill it in with “Edit text”, then print or save as PDF.
Log anything you buy for the business — a camera or a platter of sandwiches. A receipt photo/scan is optional (you can log details only). For insurance, log gear with its serial number and value.
For your CPA and your insurer. Totals are estimates to help you — not tax or legal advice.
Client outreach
Choose your audience, prepare a message, and continue in your email app.
1. Choose an audience
Only clients with a valid email can be selected. Your choices stay in place while you navigate and change filters.
0 selected · 0 reachable by email
2. Prepare your message
This prepares one shared message with recipients on BCC. Use a greeting that works for everyone. Review the final draft in your email app before sending.
3. Continue in your email app
For larger audiences, export the CSV to your email service. Opening a draft does not confirm it was sent.

Drag, or use the arrows (or arrow keys), to reorder the numbered clauses. The intro and signature pages stay fixed.
These are standard photography-agreement clauses — edit any of them. Tokens like {studio}, {client}, {fee}, {deposit}, {balance}, {delivery}, {state} fill in automatically.
Review, then choose “Save PDF”. If a print dialog opens, choose its PDF option.
Build a prospect list of local businesses and decision-makers, then pitch them in one tap. Found contacts are saved to your Customers.

- In Apollo, run a search (e.g. “restaurant owners, Miami”).
- Select your results, then Export → CSV.
- Drop the file below — columns auto-map.
